  • "Platform" refers to the Connery software platform that allows Users to create Organizations, add Plugins and Actions, and integrate with third-party applications.

  • "Organization" means a group or account set up within the Connery Platform by a User or Admin.

  • "Plugins" are integrations or extensions added to the Platform to connect with third-party tools.

  • "Actions" are services or tasks that can be performed using Plugins within the Platform.

  • "Admin" refers to a User with administrative rights within an Organization.

  • "User Content" means any data, information, or material uploaded or transmitted by Users through the Services.

  • "Third-Party Services" refers to any third-party applications, services, or content that may be integrated with or used in conjunction with the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Description of Services

Connery provides a Platform that enables Users to:

  • Set up an Organization and add Plugins and Actions that perform tasks and/or connect with third-party software tools and services.

  • Connect applications like Slack or Make.com to consume these Actions.

  • Store and analyze action data.

  • Manage and invite users to an organization.

  • Create custom Plugins and Actions.

3.2 Service Levels

Connery strives to provide the Services with minimal disruptions. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend or limit access for maintenance or other reasons.

3.3 Beta Services

From time to time, Connery may offer Beta Services. These services are experimental and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. User Accounts and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Connery is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Connery or others due to unauthorized use.

7. Confidentiality

7.3 Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.

7.4 Duration

Confidentiality obligations survive termination for three (3) years.
