  • "Platform" refers to the Connery software platform that allows Users to create Organizations, add Plugins and Actions, and integrate with third-party applications.

  • "Organization" means a group or account set up within the Connery Platform by a User or Admin.

  • "Plugins" are integrations or extensions added to the Platform to connect with third-party tools.

  • "Actions" are services or tasks that can be performed using Plugins within the Platform.

  • "Admin" refers to a User with administrative rights within an Organization.

  • "User Content" means any data, information, or material uploaded or transmitted by Users through the Services.

  • "Third-Party Services" refers to any third-party applications, services, or content that may be integrated with or used in conjunction with the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Scope of Services

3.1. Description of Services

Connery provides a Platform that enables Users to:

  • Set up an Organization and add Plugins and Actions that perform tasks and/or connect with third-party software tools and services.

  • Connect applications like Slack or Make.com to consume these Actions.

  • Store and analyze action data.

  • Manage and invite users to an organization.

  • Create custom Plugins and Actions.

3.2. Service Levels

Connery strives to provide the Services with minimal disruptions. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend or limit access for maintenance or other reasons.

3.3. Beta Services

From time to time, Connery may offer Beta Services. These services are experimental and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. User Accounts and Security

4.1. Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4.3. Unauthorized Access

Connery is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your account. You may be held liable for losses incurred by Connery or others due to unauthorized use.

5. Payment Terms

Access to certain features may require payment. All fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Provide valid and updated billing information. By providing billing details, you authorize Connery to charge applicable fees.

By submitting User Content, you grant Connery a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely to provide the Services.

Any feedback provided may be used by Connery without restriction.

The Services may include third-party content or links. Connery does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Definition

"Confidential Information" includes non-public information disclosed by either party marked as confidential or that should reasonably be understood as confidential.

7.2. Obligations

Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.

7.3. Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.

7.4. Duration

Confidentiality obligations survive termination for three (3) years.

9. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all User Content and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.2. AI Models

You acknowledge that AI-generated results may not be accurate or intended, and you accept full responsibility for their use.

10.3. Third-Party Services

Connery disclaims liability for third-party services integrated with the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. Exclusion of Damages

Connery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits or data.

Connery's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use and deleting your account.

13.3. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately. Provisions intended to survive termination remain in effect.

14. Force Majeure

Connery is not liable for failures due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, or Internet failures.

15. Assignment
